The Mountain - T-Shirts
We searched the world for a t-shirt company we felt good about supporting: We wanted a manufacturer that produces high quality, long-lasting shirts with beautiful imagery, but also a company that does the right thing for its employees and the environment. It turns out, such a company was practically in our backyard the whole time!
We've been wearing t-shirts made by The Mountain for years, and suddenly it occurred to us to look into this company, since their shirts are comfortable, don't shrink, and last a long time without the images wearing off. That's when we discovered they're located right in New Hampshire, USA.
All of their t-shirts are made with 100% cotton - even the thread that they're sewn with is cotton. They use natural dyes and organic reactive inks in their printing process, not petroleum-based inks like most companies. To further insure their commitment to being "America's Greenest Apparel Companytm," they invented their own waste-water cleaning process that removes left-over dyes without adding chemicals to the water, insuring that nothing that leaves their building will harm the earth or water.
This is a company we feel good about supporting. We hope you do, too!
Youth sizing basically follows this pattern: Small 2T-4T, Medium 6-8, Large 10-12, X-Large 14-16.
At times, apparel may ship separately from other items ordered.
