This is a rare fellow, indeed! Only 200 were made for West Coast Model Horse Collectors Jamboree in 1993. Due to their fragile nature, we can assume that there are fewer still in existence now, and they nearly never come up for sale.
Near Mint with quite a bit of crazing, but it can't be felt. He features soft body shading and still wears his HR California sticker. He is even signed under his base by Susan Renaker Nikas 1993.
