This hand-carved model-scale tricycle is not antique but is made with authentic details, including black metal brackets attaching the wheels to the body, metal stirrups, and wood wheels that roll. There is no identifying maker's mark. It is made for display, not for play.
He has a couple of tiny rubs in his paint and a short, superficial hairline crack on his right neck from his wood aging. He is hand-painted with a stenciled floral design on his saddle and a yarn tail. He comes from the collection of an adult collector, so he has been well cared for.
