The sweet Shetland Pony was sculpted by Chris Hess and first available in 1960. One of the original colors for her was this beautiful alabaster. She has a white body with grey mane and tail and shell pink hooves. Early models were glossy, and later ones (probably beginning in 1968) were matte. This color was discontinued in 1972, making matte the harder to find version.
She is in Excellent condition and a great restoration candidate. She's marked down for a tiny yellow spot on her tail and some pinpoint marks, all of which I'd expect to come off with a good bath, and for mild-to-moderate age yellowing, which you can reverse with some sunbathing. She'll be worth the love you give her: She features a darker grey tuft of mane on her left shoulder and bright pink inner ears and hooves.
