Annie Oakley was an incredible marksman and remains a folk heroine today, showing that women can do anything they set their minds to.  She learned to hunt as a child to provide food for her family, and at age 15, she won her first shooting contest.  One of the men she bested in that contest became her husband, and together they joined Buffalo Bill's Wild West show, touring the country, giving shooting demonstrations.  She could hit a playing card faced edge toward her, at 30 paces!  She also taught women self-defense.  She remains a legend and a great role model to this day!

This legendary set was only sold in 2006.  The Annie Oakley set itself was made for two years, but the Morgan was only included in 2006, replacing the previous year's Swaps.  They're really hard to find for sale, so we were lucky to be sent this one.

This set is still in its unopened box.  Annie is the only part that has come loose - The clear elastic band holding her onto her horse disintegrated over the years.  Since the factory sealing was unstuck on one side, I've wrapped her separately for safe traveling.  Everyone else and all accessories are solidly attached in the box.
