This fellow is called "Quarter Horse," and he lives up to his name: He is designed with raised patterns from a US Quarter all over him, and is colored antiqued silver to look just like a circulated coin. Artist Kathy Morawski artfully designed this horse to beautifully show off features of the US Quarter, including having the eagle's feathers flow down his mane and tail and positioning the words in proud arcs along his body. Pictures don't do him justice - He has a bit of a sheen like pewter, without being glossy. He is attached to a simple but elegant, glossy, black base. He was made in 2003.
He is Factory Mint and comes with his hang tag, a 2004 brochure, as well as his original box with shaped Styrofoam insert. He is hand-numbered under his base as 2E/5072.
