This great set was simply called the 4-Horse Gift Pack. It includes a shaded bay American Saddlebred, palomino Andalusian, black roan pinto Thoroughbred, and chestnut Stock Horse. The set was only available from 2002-2006.
This set is still in its sealed box which is Near Mint. The plastic sheet box front has yellowed with age, but the models are still bright white inside. This set is almost impossible to find complete these days.
