Duchess - Original Release - B-Stamp

The most famous horse book of all times, and the first told from the point of view of a horse, Black Beauty has been a classic for generations of horse lovers.  This Classic sculpt was created to portray Black Beauty's mother Duchess, a pretty mare of Thoroughbred breeding.  She was only sold with the Black Beauty and Friends Gift Set from 1980-1993.  She wears a solid bay coat with no white.

She is Near Mint with pinpoint eartip rubs, a pinpoint rub on top of her rump, and a tiny rub/missed spot at the edge of her mane on her right withers.  She has a little factory flaw, with a shinier area with a visible edge on her back (like someone held the clearcoat airbrush in one place too long).  She has an unsanded area on her nose, painted over at the factory.  She's a very early one, and a B-stamp to boot!  Her molding is crisp, including the crispest mold mark and B stamp I've ever seen.
